St. Charles’s fingers were broken off and he was badly faded. The priest asked thatSt. Charles be repaired and the boy be removed and placed on his own base, holding a rosary in his hand and looking at a shrine to Our Lady. St. Charles is now standing in the sanctuary of the Minneapolis church, where he had originally been years before.
